Ways we can work together

Navigating life can be challenging and painful. Depending on what you are going through, you might benefit from obtaining different types of support. Here are some of the ways I can offer. If it is difficult for you to choose, you can feel free to reach out and we can decide together which can be most beneficial for need.

Individual Therapy

Traditional one on one therapy. During our time together we will meet virtually or in-person in a private space. We will get to explore your concerns, experiences and goals. We can focus on areas where you have been experiencing pain or dissatisfaction in your life. Where you might be feeling stuck or need support on.

Nature Walk

Walk & Talk Therapy

This type of therapy addresses the same concerns as a traditional session, with the added bonus of being held in the outdoors. We will explore your concerns, thoughts and feeling while we walk through Prospect Park. Being able to draw insights from nature and your surroundings. Walk and talk therapy can beneficial for practicing being in the present and help cope with future focused anxiety.

Speaking and Training

We were created for connection and to live in community. As such, I am aware of the importance of collaborating with our communities, churches and organizations to help bring knowledge and wisdom about God's original designs for our relationships, work and overall life. Be it a Seminar, workshop, or keynote, I am able to tailor the topics to the public's needs.
